Can You Cure Addiction?
Currently, there is no “cure” for addiction. Addiction is a chronic condition similar in some ways to diabetes and heart disease. Like those conditions, the symptoms of addiction can be managed. The risks of addiction, such as overdoses, assaults and legal problems, can be completely avoided with treatment.
